SPLASH! Environmental Awards
Through the development of the Environmental Awards, SPLASH! aims to encourage the construction of environment friendly swimming pools and spas, and so help improve consumer and government perceptions of the industry’s attitude to water, energy and chemical consumption. The SPLASH! Environmental Awards will be presented biannually at the SPLASH! Pool & Spa Trade Show, Australia’s largest trade event for the wet industry.
For the 2012 Awards there will be two major awards:
1. The SPLASH! Environmental Project of the Year
2. The SPLASH! Environmental Product of the Year
These awards will be chosen from the winners of the category awards:
A1. Residential Pool (Outdoor)
A2. Residential Pool (Indoor)
B1. Commercial Pool or Aquatic Centre (Outdoor)
B2. Commercial Pool or Aquatic Centre (Indoor)
C. Residential Spa
D. Pool Shop
E1. Product – Energy Saving
E2. Product – Water Saving
E3. Product – Mechanical
E4. Product – Chemical or Mineral
E5. Product – Sanitisation
E6. Product – Lighting
Winners will be announced at the SPLASH! Environmental Awards Dinner, to be held 26th July 2012 More information to come....
